(Senior) Account Manager


We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Account Manager to be part of the sales team. He/she typically works in-house but may occasionally be assigned to go out in the field to provide support.


Duties

  • Participate in meeting/exceeding the sales quota.

  • Be familiar with the features and advantages of products.

  • Help to achieve short-term sales targets and improve goodwill of the company.

  • Reach out via cold calls.

  • Research and respond to any public tendering.

  • Respond to and follow up on sale opportunities that reach the company through all channels.

  • Understand the needs and expectations of customers and retain their interests.

  • Handle the traffic of customers and ensure proper attention to every customer.

  • Develop and maintain positive long-term relations with customers.

  • Schedule and organize customer visits.

  • Process sales orders, and ensure all details are accurate and updated.

  • Launch, track and update sales activities using CRM systems.

  • Analyse, and report the activities of data collected by Google Analytics.

  • Record and maintain sales data and submit weekly reports to the supervisor.

  • Manage customer database.

  • Identify and create lists of potential customers and contact them regularly.

  • Reach out to prospective customers, present company products, and convince them to make purchases.

  • International travel should be expected.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

  • 3+ years’ professional experience. Candidates with 5+ years’ experience will be considered for a senior position.

  • Exposure to blockchain ecosystem is a big plus.

  • Proficient in Google Analytics, CRM, MS Office, Outlook.

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Cantonese. Mandarin is a plus.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and persuade.

  • Target-oriented, efficient multi-taskers and effective team player.

  • Strict compliance with our Code of Ethics: respect doctrines of intellectual property rights, trade secret protection, and fiduciary duties.
